I had a dream, with i (16F) a famous singer that i listen to a lot, Naomi Jon (30F) anl unknown man and some kids. A song played- "It's the murder of your dreams (dream) it's the murder of your dreams Something something here to stay Something something Run away-ay Something somethingnfade away But they all just turn away" (I don't know it, never heard of it before) At Jon's house waiting some movie she was in ,that I had watched before. Went to go listen to some music in my headphones while it was playing, some dude comes in, goes crazy that im not watching, and breaks the TV and the room glass, I run to Naomi's room and he breaks In to it I scream and she starts running with me. There was this little boy who had gotten hurt and she picked him up while the girls in he other room baracaded themselves in. Me and Naomi ran with the boy in her arms and through the streets yelling and screaming for help while the mam chased us non stop. The boy needed medical attention and so did me and Naomi cause he stabbed us with some glass. But nobody would even look at us, they would all look the other way as we ran and screamed. Nobody caring
Dreams often reflect our emotions, experiences, and subconscious thoughts. Decoding your dream involves analyzing various elements such as the characters, the setting, and the feelings involved. Here’s a potential interpretation of your dream:
Famous Singer (Naomi Jon): The presence of someone you admire could symbolize your aspirations or desires. Naomi Jon might represent qualities you admire, such as creativity, confidence, or talent. Being in her house could indicate a desire for a more glamorous or fulfilling life.
The Song: The lyrics you mentioned—“It's the murder of your dreams”—could suggest feelings of hopelessness or frustration regarding your own dreams and aspirations. This may point to a fear of failure or of your goals being thwarted.
Fear and Desperation: The chaotic events of the dream—such as a man breaking in, the broken TV, and the chase—could symbolize an overwhelming anxiety or pressure in your waking life. The fact that no one is helping you or acknowledging your cries for help might indicate feelings of isolation or abandonment. This could relate to personal struggles where you feel misunderstood or ignored.
Injury and Vulnerability: Both you and Naomi getting hurt, along with the boy needing medical attention, can represent vulnerability. This may reflect emotional wounds or struggles that you or someone close to you is facing, and the urgency to seek help that is not forthcoming.
Witnessing Indifference: The reactions of the bystanders who “looked the other way” may symbolize feelings of frustration or disappointment about the lack of support from people around you. You might be feeling overlooked or invalidated in some aspect of your life, whether it be emotional needs, aspirations, or social interactions.
Rescue and Care: Naomi carrying the boy could represent a desire for nurturing or protective figures in your life. This can also signify your own inherent kindness and willingness to help others despite your own struggles.
Overall, this dream seems to capture a tumultuous mix of uncertainty about the future, feelings of vulnerability, and a desire for connection and support. It might be worth reflecting on areas of your life where you feel unsupported or anxious about pursuing your dreams and considering ways to address these feelings.
